Identifying the symptoms and signs of “the change” is empowering! When I first found a list like this, I was so relieved. I knew I wasn’t alone and I wasn’t going crazy! This list was adapted from “The 35 Symptoms of Menopause” developed by Judy Bayliss and Lucy L. Brown, Ph.D.
